Do you feel like time vanishes in thin air and you realize you are losing a moment for yourself? You might forget yourself because of prioritizing the needs of your little ones. Maybe it’s true, as the clock moves faster when you raise your child, time for yourself is also becoming scarce.

Do you feel like what’s on your plate is more like for others rather than for your needs? All the household chores- the laundry, the cleaning, the groceries, meal preparations are all piled up on your list. You almost forget your well-being. Does it seem like everything else on your plate takes precedence over your own needs? Why has it become a trend to prioritise others’ needs before yourself? Will it be okay to sometimes prioritise our own well-being and ask for help on these unending chores?

You’ve already provided all the happiness and needs of your children leaving you drained and exhausted. Self-care is so distant and out of reach that even relaxation and even doing skin care is like a real luxury.
